Instructions for using leaching reagent
1.Application scope:
Application scope: Gold, silver oxide ores, primary ores, cyanide tailings, gold concentrates, roasted slag, anode mud and other gold containing materials;
Applicable processes: Leaching processes such as heap leaching, carbon slurry, and agitation leaching.
2.Dissolution method:After thoroughly stirring and dissolving with water at room temperature, it can be used.
3.Adjust alkalinity:Generally, lime or caustic soda is used to adjust and maintain a pH value of 11-12.
4.Reagent preparation:The dosage of reagentcan fully refer to the usage of sodium cyanide. Different concentrations of reagents can be prepared according to different ore grades and impurity contents. Generally, it is first prepared into a solution with a concentration of 3-5%, and then the reagents are added at the same location where cyanide was originally added, thus achieving the substitution of cyanide reagents.
5.Product usage process:Consistent with conventional cyanide leaching process.
